Enjoy this healthy but scrumptious morning shake.
Peanut Butter, Banana, and Oat Milkshake
1. 2 cups cold skim milk, 2. 1 banana peeled, cut into chunks 3. 1/4 cup peanut butter 4. 1 heaping teaspoon honey 5. 2 tablespoon finely ground flax seeds 6. 2 teaspoon old fashioned oats, ground fine 7. 1 cup of ice cubes 8. In a spice grinder, pulverize flax seeds and oats into a fine powder. My spice grinder is just my coffee grinder really well cleaned out.
In a blender combine milk, banana, peanut butter, honey, and ground flax, oats and ice. Blend until no banana chunks remain, and the mixture is thoroughly incorporated. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
